(doing business as Prepared) a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, freely transferable, sub-licensable (with a right to sublicense through multiple levels of sublicensees), royalty-free, and worldwide right and license to host, store, use, distribute, modify, delete from, add to, run, copy, reproduce, perform or display (whether publicly or otherwise), translate, and create derivative works of, and otherwise use and exploit (and have others exercise such rights on behalf of Invictus Apps) all or any portion of any and all livestream content, video, audio, images, and data, including without limitation location data, in whatever form or media, that you transmit or create for use with this web application, which is made available by Invictus Apps. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Invictus Apps may freely share, and grant sublicenses to the livestream content, video, audio, images, and data, including location data, in whatever form or media, that you transmit or create or use with this web application, or any portion thereof, to any emergency dispatcher, emergency responder, police, and any other person or entity or organization or government agency, or to the public. This license continues in perpetuity.
