The Prepared Emergency Communications Service (“Prepared“) from Invictus Apps, Inc. (“Invictus,” “we,” or “us”) provides 911 operators and public safety professionals with access to live video, photo, GPS location, and text messages, enhancing their ability to assess emergencies in real-time.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices when you use Prepared.

We protect your information according to the following principles:

  • We ask your permission to access your location and camera. If you enable access, this information can assist 911 operators in responding to your emergency.
  • We record the information we need to help you get emergency assistance when you’re in need, and we encrypt live video traffic to help keep it safe.
  • We take protecting your information seriously. We generally limit access to your information only to those who need access. All access is logged and we monitor operations, such as logins, decryption and encryption.
  • We do not use your information for marketing purposes and we do not sell your information.
  • We may use the information we collect to make this service better, to identify other services we can provide to help in emergencies, to improve public safety, and for other research.
